ByteHub operates as an independent contractor platform. Approved instructors are not employees of ByteHub Ltd and are solely responsible for fulfilling all applicable tax obligations within their jurisdiction. ByteHub provides no employment benefits, pension contributions, or statutory leave entitlements to instructors.

Instructors retain full ownership of original instructional content created and published on the platform. By listing content on ByteHub, you grant ByteHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your course materials within the platform ecosystem for the purposes of student enrollment and engagement.

ByteHub reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any course content that is determined to violate platform guidelines, applicable laws, or community standards. Content that is fraudulent, harmful, discriminatory, or in breach of intellectual property rights will result in immediate removal and potential account suspension.

Platform revenue share operates at a standard 70% instructor rate. ByteHub retains a 30% platform services fee covering infrastructure, payment processing, fraud protection, and student support operations. Payment disbursements are processed monthly to verified instructor accounts. A minimum payout threshold of $50.00 USD applies before disbursement is initiated.

Instructor accounts are subject to periodic performance reviews based on student satisfaction ratings, session completion rates, and content quality assessments. Accounts falling below established performance thresholds may be subject to probationary restrictions or permanent deactivation at ByteHub's sole discretion.

ByteHub collects and processes personal data submitted during this application in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used exclusively for application review, account provisioning, and platform communications. ByteHub does not sell personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
